Derrick Merchant
Derrick and his wife, Tasha, have two boys, Malachi and Lincoln. He enjoys time with his family, playing golf, hunting, and cheering on Texas Tech. With a heart for service, Derrick is active in his church and also serves on the boards of Lubbock Christian University’s Business Board, and Business Operation on Mission.

Jessica has been married to Mike for 45 years, and together they have two sons, a daughter, and three wonderful grandsons. ​Kyle graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Business Administration and has experience in estimating and project management. He enjoys hiking, running, hunting, fishing, and preaching, and he spends his weekends with friends and family.

Don is first a follower of Christ, as well as a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He and his family love serving the Lord together. Don has been part of Higher Ground since it began, and it has been a significant blessing in his life and in the lives of many others.
